How To Recognize Anger Issues

Angry,  is  a  very  normal  emotional state where every normal human being will
encounter  after  a series of unhappy events or incidents. A person will tend to
grow  angry because of a tiny little matter, or some is being accumulated inside
them  all along just to wait till a final day that they cannot hold them anymore
to release it with a big bang.

It  varies  among  people  how  often one gets angry. Those who have a harsh and
fierce  background  may find themselves stepping into the angry zone more often.
Inversely  it  takes  a  longer  time to see to what extent that a gentleman can
keep  all the unhappy events inside him, as one day at last he will release them
all in one shot just like a burst pressure cooker.

Coming  to  you  yourself  as a close friend with the angry person, it is a good
thing  if  you  know  how  to notice when is he or she going to get burst into a
fireball.  Before  knowing that he or she is out there shooting anyone he or she
sees,  you  can  already  try  to stop them early by soothing them out, relaxing
them, give advices, and a good talk with them.

Notice  the  smallest  sign  of dissatisfaction inside them. As said earlier, it
may  be  a small matter or sometimes big, but everything starts from scratch and
the  core  of  a  major  problem is usually a small matter. If you can detect it
early  before  your  close  friend starts to gather more unpleasant elements and
build  them  up  together,  tell  them  that  you saw it too, and give them some
attention  that  you  have  the same views as them. It will help them to realize
that  they  will  soon  start  to  get very angry, and that is a situation where
everyone should really avoid from.

Noticing  the  facial  expressions  of  people around you also give you clues on
whether  that  person  is  in  a  bad  mood or not. Things like a frown over the
forehead  over a long period of time, or the non reluctant working attitude with
a  facial  expression  that  will  scare most customers off. Whenever you notice
people  like  this, you will know they have something going on inside them. This
also  includes  mild  body actions like walking angrily, chucking things around,
throwing tantrum at stationeries, and so on.

Some  people  do  not express signs of anger inside them. It seems to be hard to
detect  signs  of an angry man inside him, but there are certain ways to do that
based  on  observation.  You will often see people covering their unhappy events
with  a  good smile across the face, but doing that just after a slight argument
will  keep  him  in  your  mind  that  he  is someone who can tolerate emotional
challenges.  Often  you will find traces of angry feelings when you talk to them
further  inside,  as  they will still hide them up by using a very civilized way
of communicating.

Lastly,  some  people may just get angry without any sign of early indication to
show  that they have met an unpleasant event or so. Normally this can be seen by
the person’s  background,  whether  his  or  her family is a happy family or not. Different
lifestyles also vary the possibility of a person to get angry faster.

After  recognizing  the anger that is growing in humans, it is time to learn how
to  really  curb  them  via anger management. Remember, this does not apply to a
third person only, but also to the one that gets angry fast.
